Here at Amber’s Fitness we challenge people to better themselves. We are a group of people working towards a similar goal, at the same time using the same tools and resources.

These challenges are not the simple drink one shake a day and you’re done. You are checking in, getting to know each other, learning about each others lives, being there in those hard moments, and bonding. Weight loss can be a lonely process, but when you choose to take a challenge you are on a team that is with you every step of the way.
